u dont use the skips until the end i think but i now got to lvl 60

they say in the instructions that you can use skips whenever and there are 3 to collect

Yes, but on the last game, you needed all 7 at the very end to complete it. That's why Invincible is assuming that you'll need to save them here, too.

you never know, you might need all of the bomb stopper things at the end

DemonicalDeath, the third skip is

in level 29. If you move your mouse beneath the R in Search, you'll get a green bomb with 3 seconds left. Let it explode and you get a skip.

Also there is a fusestopper

in level 20, if you click the zit in her ear.
