You are correct. Each row & column should add up to be the same, to win every level. As you play the levels, the amounts increase/become more difficult. I came much later than when you posted, but if you are still stuck, send me a PM for the solution.

problem with Force 3 Stage 2

Unfortunately, I have a correct solution but the game isn't recognizing it.

11 6 3 13
8 8 10 7
7 9 6 11
7 10 14 2

It adds up to 33, I triple-checked.

eta: I tried again with a different solution that does work, but the one I posted here still doesn't. Oops.
