staffwife: yeah unfortunately you do. It helps if you open notepad or word or something that will count letters for you and the copy and paste.

@ hpfreak - keep pressing green squares, eventually a symbol will appear in the middle! the name of the symbol is the password

@ bojane - it says to write the password backwards - not the WORD password......what shape can you see?
