Its a type of picture file.

If you press the printscreen button on your computer you will save whatever image is on the screen. You can then paste that into paint or a photo editor to play with the image. Go to where it says and give it a try.

i tried all of that on the last 'paint the background black' one, and got/saw nothing this will assumidly give me the same results.
