Anybody know what to do for lvl 103? It says paint the background black, and I must be missing something.

can someone help with Level 76?
It just has a # and then a yellow box, red box, green box, blue box
and it has a password box and a really long arrow that sometimes changes directions when clicking or moving around the screen
a hint in the right direction would be appreciated
i would rather know HOW than to know the actual answer THANKS!
