every number stands for another number and they are then added together so if all 4 numbers are the same and that row equals 0 than that number equals 0

for the fish level:

the easiest way to solve this is to start at 1 and go up checking if each number works. don't worrry, it won't take that long.

The boot level doesn't make sense to me, either. I think it should be three, and here is why: Let's say you take one out and it's black. You take out another, and it's brown. If you pull out another one, it's either going to be black or brown, so you will definitely have a match with three. Ugh.

Unfortunately, that's not the answer. One of the previous posts helped me, though, and now I'm stuck on 21. It's the one with the brothers and the fish. Any help?
