I stucked on 9 too. I know we will do like that:
If numbers are 1 4 3 we will do that:
1. paragragh 4.word 3.letter

But I cant figure out that. I think Luke can help us

if not look at the numbers on the pic properties

Use these as a key in the article... remember to start at 0 each time. The first number relates to the

the second relates to the

, and the third, to the

you need to form the word.

Do exactly what lego said:

First one for the collumn, the second one for the line, and the last one to determine the letter. Remember you're working with coordinates.

It's not that hard, you just need to pay attention to some things xD

Ok now I'm on level 10... I have the image of the house and I've found the hint... but don't know "where" to use it...
