Yes, i noticed that some letters are capitalized, but

I've already tried to an****m it and whatnot, but i cannot make any sense out of those letters

it's not an anagram, it's a phrase, but some of the letters are missing, mostly vowels if I remember correctly... just look at the letters you have and try to make sense of them, remember, it's a common phrase. if this doesn't help, i'll pm you.

the numbers are not 2,4,6,8... rather they are numbers such as 1,3,5,7,9.....

now.... some help on 4 please =)
