in level 10 i found the 2 words to look for, but on google I found only references to linux, and there a lot of american cities connected to linux...

what am I missing???

the words penguin and p**** but perhaps power isn't the correct word to search.
I searched in english and even in turkish language, in web and in image, but nothing of that I found is the solution of the level.
the image pic is "witchstate", so is perhaps the solution an US state instead than a city???

After the hard drive broke I thought it would not be possible to get back on this riddle but as it turns out I actually got some small portion of memory intact in my own head
Still very confused about level 10
