I dont understand level 9. I know I need to learn the notes but I cant understand the picture on purple hell and I dont know how to read it. I suck at music, I always have trouble reading notes.

I'm having technical problems with level 11. I know I need a reader but my computer has never opened zip files and win zip refuses to let me unless I buy it. Can I pm someone, I cant solve this level and I would hate to quit over a computer problem.

I'm stuck on level 16 now, I tried everyway I can think of to go right. The source clue makes no sense. I just got a page saying are you sure you got the right address.
