I know what it's about and what I have to decode, but cutting it in pieces doesn't work. Doesn't matter in how many pieces (12, 6, 4, 3, 2) I am only getting gibberish.

I understand the level clue but it's too big. Trying to split it up but I get nothing.

I've split it according to the level clue and converted but part of what I've got is not even a word/letter!
