I think I know what to do on level 30 but

how do I place one image ontop of another in photoshop. I know what I need to overlap but im not sure how you do it. If you dont have photoshop explaining how to overlap on paint would also help. I suck with levels that require photo editing.

Nvm got it but I'm haveing trouble forming anything.

You need to overlap more than once.

I am having troubles on 32

I found the other picture, but I only can read the first 3 letters. How much I also edit the pic, I can't make a clear enough. Tried to guess to others letters, but no luck. Maybe that anagramming is required, idk. Problem is how longer I stare to that picture, the more I start to see things. But not what I need.

Are you sure, that you mean Level 32?

Cause there's no editing or such things needed, just open it

But still I can't find the answer between the gibberish.
*curses this level that should be very easy*

Edit: I went literally through it all, but nothing!

Edit: Okay, I got it. It appears that when you use IE you get something else, and it is impossible to solve this level. Gladly it works properly with FF.
Edit: Correction.. it can be solved with IE, as long you don't let yourself be fooled, like it fools IE.

found some pairs of numbers and the note, but cannot match them up. I assume I need to apply one clue to the other?

For level 23 you need to find three sets of numbers so three different sources. You found one so go back and search the sources
