If done correctly, you should have a 4 layered picture. Make sure you used transparency.
I used MS Paint for it

On 24, I've noticed something in the source and I've also noticed a slight difference when examining the pic. However, I'm at a loss on how to proceed with that. Could I PM someone here for direction?

I think the title refers to the pic's name, and I noticed the source. I thought I should do a bit traveling and combine but no advancing came from that

edit: I was misled! My idea gave a perfect solution, though.

I thought had to to do with the yellow m***o l*** in Moscow. But its name and all its s**t***s, and the areas it serves don't work as solution.

But I would be very surprised if the pic was taken in Moscow.
So a t*** s**t*** in L**** maybe, nearby Moscow *road?? But no luck with this either.

Wrong track? Any hints?
