I am confused about Q45 now. I got the first part. I think I got everything of the second part, but I just can't get the word in parentheses. Is it important?
I don't know how to follow the instructions, because I don't know what are s******s.

Look at the table with the numbers. Start with trying to find out what the number pairs stand for. Google will help. Note there are only 6 different pairs. Also look at the number series below them to see what is missing.
