Google her favourites and find the "other" name for them.
Then take the first letter and anagram.

Ive done that Balmoral. None of my words are working. Will all 7 letters be used to make one word? If so, Im only coming up with 2 words and neither work. It still will be (answer.php) correct?

Thanks for the help on 18 Gracie - but WHY THE HELL was there 10 and 11 there? I was thinking of the right thing but they threw me right off track.

I can't find what's wrong on 20 People have been talking about the image name, but what's wrong with that?

Look in the source for the "weird title" part.. close to the top

Up to 21 (thanks Gracie ) and I don't get all of the capital letters in the source as well as the continuous reference to "st***sh".
I've tried searching for clues in this forum as well as other but I'm sompletely stumped. Can sombody give me a push in the right direction please? Maybe not Gracie this time, he/she has helped me a lot so far and, as I've just noticed, has not completed 21 either

Is it possible to find the hint in the source? The only clue I can find is some out of place capital letters, the name that I know has something to do with part 'b', and the continous reference to "sty**sh*.
I have no idea what to do with those 3 things though.
