I assume level 19 is some sort of joke?
You don't actually expect us to be able to decode that?
The dot doesn't appear in that font, assuming it means space?
And there are loads of letters missing just so you know.
The 1st few words make sense then the rest is garbled, it wasn't encoded correctly by the looks of it.

knowing the font isnt the issue, its decoding it.
there are letters missing unless your using the fullstop symbol to represent the letter e?
and if you are how are we supposed to tell what a space is?
I'd have put the text file in that font instead of the gif you used.
That just makes it a really hard decode.
Using the text file, it would be possible to do in seconds.
Your way it'll probably take a few days minimum.

I would have put it in the font if I could download it on this computer (it's old as dirt)
The letter E goes underneath the previous letter. That's the squiggle you can see underneath several of them... as for decoding it, there is a decoder online... if you bring up two internet windows and manipulate the size so you can see both screens at once... that'll make it go faster

guessed world ends or end of the world but no?
knowing when that is might help?
