Just out of curiosity. Are there two ways to solve 13?

Yiks, 14 looks evil.

I found the names of the c**s****s, and it all related to the title. Even the hint can be related to it. But the hint also made me think of a certain file extension. But if I take the hint literally I don't know what the answer should be.

I think the solution is really simple, most likely I am ovethinking it already, but nevertheless I can't work it out.

Edit: nvm. Power of posting. But that was MEAN!

Got 16, with help of Tamk and archerhawk.

Edit: So level 18 is tricky and evil, eh? It appears so, because it's obvious how those quotes are connected, but finding the answer isn't that easy.

Thought even about counting, using the years and the bold quote, but that's not it either..
