if you look in Wiki, it's not "r***top" in the title, the original title uses the name of the "structure" -

" ** on the h****top "

I see it can be the other way as well, but that's how I sang it as a kid.

For 6 -

how are you spelling it? It's the man's first name plus an "e" on the end, then the lower item.

I had to come back on when I saw rbud come online. Got my head straight on 14 (my bad, not hers). Mulling over 17 now. These are sooo funny you are gonna love them.
