can someone help me on level 2, i have no idea what to do

For level 2, look at the clues beneath the picture and see if they look like anything, especially the

terminals and the wire #s

and for level three,

look at the last 2 words in the title. does the last one look like an extension? maybe a type of file? (hint: take off the last letter). gives u a pic

but i can't decode.

level II - u must

use the numbers as they were coords.. use them in a famous tool... as you can see im asking for a place /usa state

level III - u must

use a famous box to decipher using the hint below the pic (5), then read it top down left right... just name all the things u see there.. what are they?
