That was a tricky one!

Edit: 11^4- I've got the value of the ?, have NO idea how to decode. Yes, I have the hints from the source- still clueless!

Edit2: 11^4 was absolutely terrible!!!! I think the creator did that to bust his friends' chops. Ick. Thanks for the help DuckBoy & SleepyHead!!

Most everyone is stuck on level 29. We found one thing but don't know how to apply the title to it.
