A new riddle! I'm totally hooked on these. I'm in the middle of two others- why not add a third? Anxiously runs off to play...

EDIT: So as not to ruin my perfect record I am, again, stuck at the very beginning. I'd love to get a running start at least once. Anywho, I knew what the numbers were immediately & I know what they represent- not really sure what we're going for here...
