yayyy!!! I finally got out of Level 16 after almost a week...
Looked at all hints regarding lvl 17 and not getting anywhere...

Stuck Again. D: Level 13, Is the unique property in the hints perfect squares? because I've got a lot of nothing doing that, and I can't think of any other properties... :{
