I've re-typed the letters into word and excel, highlighted letters, removed letters, tried reading right to left, botoom to top, reversed the letters yada, yada, yada and i still am drawing a blank here.... aaaarrrgghhhhh

ok, if we are going with the number, text, number thing, i think it will have 6numbers.
reason being: 1st number had 4 digits as did second number.
3rd number had 5 digits as did 4th one.
if the pattern is repeating itself, we need a 6 digit number...... please tell me i've not gone mad

the letter a is used 22 times, b - 11, c - 12, d - 31, e - 39, f - 14, g - 17, h - 19, i - 25, j - 17, k - 14, l - 16, m - 17, n - 15, o - 27, p - 14, q - 6, r - 18, s - 39, t - 24, u - 17, v - 12, w - 20, x - 9, y - 22 and z - 7
What does it all mean? probably nothing, but i'll throw it into the mix for fun

Yes, it is 7:40am there. I also counted the frequency of the numbers and removed all S and E since they both recurred 39 times (the most). No luck, but it's not an unviable theory
