I found that code by googling it...but i just don't understand how to read it. *sigh*

Then you see that there are two "filled" rows for each column, with spaces in between some columns. There are 3 different rows (12, 11, or 0) for the top value in each column, and you can see that the letters are ordered under each header row, so just fill it out from there.
An easier way to look at it would be to divide the alphabet into 3 groups of 9, adding / before the third group to make it an even 27. The top row of the column indicates which group it's in, the bottom part indicates the number of letter in the group.
