i guess so ... but i have done the up and down on all the letters yesterday evening and it didn't look like any part of it might work - too many Qs and Ks and Xs...

I am the same...

I have actually done all the letters possible. By using excel and nothing makes sense. Dont it to the first answer we had when we went round and round.

Done it to the dead end hint, the answer from left overs.

I dont know anything else i could do it to...

Each Way Bets. OMG, my brain is frying, i have all but the two "Bets" on number three, having read all the stuff on the Puzzlefiles forum, i have written all the names rightways around, upside down, copied the layout of the pictures, dunno if i need the name of the two Bets that i can't get - something tells me that it'll make everything a whole lot easier!! Looked at the numbers and the whole letter extraction thing, but i just can not see it! Google image searched for the two names that i need, and i'm still drawing a blank..... think my brain has gone on vacation and left my body behind!!!
