Stuck on 19b, I've the first two words and a fourth of the third...and I feel so close I'm almost grasping at it. But the equation is still screwing with my head. Any help is appreciated!

After Snailgame2 I started this one too. Stuck at 16- I eliminated 11, is it normal that I got nonsense letters? I can make an anagram from them, but it isn't very promising...

I think for that one I just crossed out the 11 words, I think I had to switch some letters to make it make sense (I probably did something wrong).

The answer is in adjective form of a region in Italy.
