19A: Apostrophes mean

you have to cut off letters. Like goat'' = go, for example. Write down what you got from the first two pictures.

His first name.

Now add what you literally see on the third pic.

19B: works like the previous one. The last pic is referring

to the reciprocal of a number.

Im stuck at the g* b*** page. Tried modifying the /movingforward/ folder in the way the source says but to no avail. Also tried the surname, first name and full name of the D** character but that also didnt help. Please help me

Seems to me like you are missing some stuff on this level... Perhaps you didn't do what you're supposed to do with the name of the country

Yes, I know that... the problem is that I DON'T know how to fix it.
