i dont have b (well i have the missing one)
i think i know how to solve username & password
(seems i do but password is missing a line possibly?)

You get to D either by

clicking the pic or changing the URL to the appropriate letter.

methinks Tyler needs to fix that howler then, very bad red herring.

made it to G, I'm guessing by the numbers there is more than 1 image but no clue how to get the others.
