been looking on wikipedia for sooo long now...hevnt found any ciphers that begin w/ v yet....nothing came up 4 v******e cipher either

I think it's this one "vigenere cipher" but this is not the answer to the riddle.

Yes yes yes!!! past level one!!!! you are on the right track with vigenere cipher...took me ages but i did it! now level 2!!!
