Help, I'm stuck on lvl 13. I've read the hint on post #122 and it doesn't make sense.

been looking on wikipedia for sooo long now...hevnt found any ciphers that begin w/ v yet....nothing came up 4 v******e cipher either

i think v******e means variable, so it comes out as variable cipher. i don't know wt da answer is though

For level 2

Braille has 6 different places in each letter where the bumps could be. Number them and put the bumps into the blocks the code tells you to for braille letters.
