So far, all I can get is that it has something to do with the image on the left, at the base of the building. At work I don't have the tools to zoom in very well, so I can't tell exactly what it is.

I'm really stuck at that, too.
I found a hint at uTu-Forum:
"This men was very unlucky, isn't iit?"

Tried to find a movie with "unlucky", "asian" and others... no one works.
Any other idea?

well i noticed that the man is horizontal and if those people were holdin him he would be like against teh wall...so i think he dove or fell from another building or something...hit me with a clue if u pass this...

Yes, even fallin from above - OR not falling at all... The man's t-shirt doesn't really look like he would be falling. I'm not shure, but to me it seems to be a montage.

i found out...he is a japenese artist...he uses photoshops of himself diving out stuff and puts them into another pic...also, the answer has something to do with friday the 13th or bad luck or sumthing...i just cant pout my finger on it...if u got it...a little push would be nice

well for when u get up later... its a baconian graph or sumthign i found on google...http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Baconian_cipher and inthe source code u use every 5 letters and u get a letter on teh baconian scale or w/e...but...since im feelin helpful...the letters decipher to...

I figured out #14 - but maths don't really count to my preferred hobbies, so I was happy to find the answer for #15!

And now I'm stuck again - on #16
Thought it could have something to do with the date on the postmark and the mountain, which was climbed in that month... (because of the title: I was first!) But I tried both names of this men in every way I could think of - nothing!
After hours surching google for any other event at that time, I'm now becoming very tired of that ;O))
