from the three 8 bit binary codes i get ىtç, which i presume is "i t c" but tic does not work either.

I think the server is having problems anyway, so I will put this on the back-burner for now.

Maybe you got the colours right. You need only one letter from each, and rearrange a bit - there are only 3 letters so there are not many possibilities.

The title says what to do - you don't have many things to apply the numbers to. You could use the numbers even without the picture.
