I can get to the false level 9 easily, but I've been going back and forth trying lots of stuff since then and getting nowhere. What must I do?

Take out the apostrophe's and enter what's left.. Should be a six letter word and an eleven letter word.

Stuck again at 20... i read a hint at Nordinho,

look down and take it literally!!

Hey Fern, return a favour and give me a clue for 19 please. I've tried a few things but none of them work. It's obviously easy because everyone seems to have got it straightaway. PH has not been my friend either.
