i need help for 16 and 19!!!

so i tried 100 coins in a dollar but that wasnt right...im lost, as far as 19 goes, i tried to guess, but so far i came up with nothin...i guess im unlucky

it's not coins: how are those coins called when you pay? They don't say something costs 2 dollars and 20 coins ;-)

I got all but 9 19 30 31 by myself thanx for the help everyone. I kept thinking the "s" in 30 was superstitious or something to that effect. very fun on to #two.
