very stuck at level 27

in spite of the big help of chrisandchloe (by the way, thanks a lot, chris) i'm not able to solve level 27 . if i apply the "2nd skill" there's always something missing...(i mean i can't pick up the fifth "letter" or "number" from an info which has only 4 digits, for instance)..and even if i change method i keep on having incongruences...

any help?
