I know they are just part of a word, but I still can't figure them out... I've read all the hints and nothing is helping

I apply what is w/in the source to the title... I've done that and come up with three possible acronyms to figure out... just can't figure them out... or what the numbers represent...

I found what I need on 68 but

when I click it, I get an error page saying: This occurs when the file is removed ...
