Help with level 22 please! Tried being literal but still no getting it

Level 22 is an anagram. You need to find an anagram program with an unabridged word list. I have honestly never heard of the one of the words in it. If I could remember the website I used I would give it to you.

Think of what website the title is hinting for (It's very well know). Go to that website and then look up the person whos name is on the pic. You need to find out what he wants. Let me know if you need another clue, I just don't like giving away too much at once.

P.S. I need help on 31 if somebody is willing to throw me a clue.

Ooh, can one of you shoot me the answer to 26, I never got a chance to solve it at home.

Ok, now I'm stuck at 28. I feel so dumb now.

You have to go back to a previous level for that one, I'm sure you can figure out which one. Don't forget to put the space inbetween the words, it took me longer to solve that than it should have because of that.
