Base 10 refers to decimal format (red, green, blue) or (black = 0, 0, 0). Base 16 is hex format (black = 000000). just look for a hex to decimal converter online. There are a lot of them around. The Blue3 hex code is where I was stuck the longest.
The answer also has something in common with a well known base... you'll understand when you solve the equation correctly.
eh? hmmmm, I MUST be doing something wrong then....thanks...hmmm....I knew you had to spell it out...is color 000000 just 0 or is it long number too? That might be where I messed up
black will be 000000 or just 0. That makes your equation much smaller. It's posted somewhere else here that blue3 is 0000cd. You can use your windows calculator to convert as well.
Open calculator, select the scientific view, then click the hex button and enter the hex color code. Then click the dec button to see the decimal conversion.
