What does a meet? There is no letter for it. And also h is supposed to meet g, but there is no g there.

Halfway there.

I did the 2 things that needed to be done to image to get to second page. I know what the phrases are that are listed there.
However, I'm not sure what to do with this. I made sure to spell properly, but its not working.

Any ideas?

You might consider going back to the previous levels the codes spell out. The codes get more complicated as it goes on each adding a new cipher to the last.

No, I can't get past the cat. I know it has to be something obvious, but everything I tried hasn't worked. Maybe in how I spelled it or presented it?

This is not something you have done before in this game. If you have Windows than you need to use an item in the accessories folder. Take a close look at the title.
