I'm trying to decipher it but it's just not working....only the first 2 words are readable and the rest isn't...
I was using a tool on Rumkin but that wasn't working. Why are there so many differences between the tool-sites?
Now I used the same tool on Purple Hell and I got it deciphered...now I only need to find my answer
Got it and now on 8..9..10..11..12..13

On 18 now and I don't know what I have to do.
I have deciphered the image.
I have tried to use Wiki but I don't know what to look for.

For 18: If you have deciphered the b*****e, wiki it (use English wiki) and search for those c*****ies. You need the c***es.

I have done all of that but it isn't working. The Russian one doesn't have 12 l*****s and I don't know what you mean with c***es so I might have been looking for the wrong things.
