Notice there are the same number of letters as there are blank squares in the crossword.

It just matters how you place them in it

I've read lots of questions regarding level 17, but all answers were send by PM.
Sorry guys but that is no help for others with the same problem.

The source says the answer starts with V, hence to this, the first part word S*** O* L*** something needed must consist of a V. I have not the slightest idea what that could be
