Level 26

I read all the post and I still can't get level 26.

I understand that there is no need to solve the cr***w***, the l*****s are in order and it just matters how we place them in. If the l*****s on the bottom are to be filled in as they are, left to right, it doesn't make any sense. Whether I enter them from left to right, right to left, bottom to top, skipping letters... I can't find the solution. I was able to anagram the beginning of the sentence but I can't figure out the end.

I'm obviously missing something.

Can someone give me little push?
