Haven't figured it out completely, but here is the clue I found:

Looking at the properties of the image, it says to read vertically and not to miss the gap.
The source code to the page has a lot of extra spaces, and the start and end comments lines have a gap in them

i used photoshop for lvl 12 and said now go find his brothers..

Level 11

To pass Level 11, you have to look at the holes in the source page. Then look down in front of the holes and read up the sentence. That should help.
