Classical Music Riddle

I spent all of this time trying to enter the name of the one composer who got his honorary doctorate there, and finally realized the question's prompt in the page's title. Ay ay ay! At least I finally caught it after
Hint to anyone else who is stuck:

it was his "musical thank you" to them the following year.

Now I'm stumped on level 15 (and purple hell's tools are not helping me figure out what to do with the text on the page)

Edit: Yes, purple hell was my friend...I just read the title incorrectly (I misread the title it was only a 1-digit number in the title, so my decoding wasn't working properly!)

that's where I'm stuck too, but i'm not sure what to google, lol!!!!

Adventure's hint is good, but I found the image did not help me find the title of the piece, and I didn't recognize the piece, either. Since the music clip

is a big orchestra, including french horns alongside strings and many other instruments, and since it does not include any vocals

you can eliminate the names of any pieces from a genre type that wouldn't match the type of ensemble

once you eliminate Operas and any Chamber Music pieces from your list, there's really only one type of piece he wrote that has an actual descriptive title

I am really stumped on 40.

I've noticed the title, and the pic's name. I found the p*** and an o****. Working with the i*****m***s that are used doesn't lead me anywhere.

Any nudge to get me started?
