i already have i tried everything i cant view picture in a different format and every time i try something in the url it says try changing image name whats that mean maybe im just computer illitereate but thats three hours of my life ill never get back if i quit now i just want to move on can you give me a clue that i can understand

Change the name in the url, not a copy of the pic you saved. If you right click a picture it gives you the url under properties.

ok heres a clue. you're on the right track, but you're putting .gif and .png at the base of the wrong file in the URL. try looking for the pictures .jpg name and use the same method there

This is the only time in the game you have to download something. Look up the word in the title. You need to download a program to read it. This is what I used:

Here is a small hint for 24

It's similar to the A=1 B=2 method. Each set of the same number Equals 1 letter. 1111=first letter 22222=second letter.

ok so you tried .../level6/true.gif and .../level6/true.png right? (i know you did because you mentioned an egg about changing the name). well right click the picture and go under properties. (you could also look in the source) there will be a different URL for just the picture. go to it, and change the .jpg to .gif and .png and move on to level 7
