Can anyone give me a hint on 19?

I've tried entering the alterations i made in options in the solitaire-game on the start menu, but it doesn't work. (I have Windows in a foreign language and had to translate as best as I could. Maybe its different in my language?)

Or am I completely on the wrong track here?
