First convert them to decimal, 2 hex-digits at a time, should give you 12 numbers, which then you can convert in ways you have done for earlier levels.

i got to non htm page, then "nuts", then that lead me to a forbidden page.

It says something about an IE error message?!? Am I supposed to fix it?
