Hello. I would appreciate some hints for level 28.
I know what the flag is and what method to use, but it dosn't make any sense. I thought that I got the "zero head" in the right place, but I guess I was wrong. I can't even make letters out of every part of the sources clue and when I do get letters there is no real word.
Can someone push me to the right direction?

Anybody there? I really really need help with #28! Please, give me couple of hints.
