can't find level 55 too funny as i'm not able to decode the title...

i know who the man is and what he's done...
i also have found the colors

...any hints appreciated...

I don't know how decode the title....
but you don't really need it!
Check few words from mister P scale, then you will see next page "let's play"
Then think how to use colors in this context...
