I got stuck on level 39 and have no idea for those alphabets.

the title say "hyper text markup" and I knew that it mean "html"

How far have you progressed with the level??? Have u gone passed the Hyper text markup clue. If you have,then you should on an egg page. Think of the short form of the sentence mentioned. Then cancel out the letter of the word cancelled out and voila.... You should know how to get to the next level. If u have more doubts,feel free to send me a pm whenever. Will be happy to help out.

in part 4 use the same method as level 11.
Do you remember Ceasar?? but now you need to solve it by "right x1"
